Birthday Celebrations
Birthday Celebrations are organised at the end of every month for the all the employees with birthdays in that particular month. On birthday day employee workplace is decorated with Birthday cards, Balloons and Chocolate to make them feel special.
Employee Wellness
Various employee wellness sessions related to mental and physical health are organised for employees on a regular basis. In the past regular sessions with Brahma Kumaris have been organised. Health sessions and check-ups on various areas like skin care , diabetes , ergonomics , lifestyle diseases etc. are conducted by reputed doctors.
Sports events
Team sports like Intra-office Cricket matches are organised. Winners were presented with trophy.
Annual Get–together
All employees along with their family members. Objective is to get the METL family together and felicitate employees with Long Service Awards.

Independence Day and International Yoga Day
Christmas & Secret Santa
Christmas celebration and Secret Santa. Secret Santa- Joy of giving was celebrated with full participation of employees. Employees exchanged gifts as they became Santa as well as Santee.
Diwali- Festival of Light
Diwali was celebrated in office followed by Diwali Puja. Employees participated in puja with all enthusiasm and are dressed up in traditional and colourful wear. That makes office look more vibrant and colourful.
Drishti Art & Essay Competition
Every year in the month of August in association with Reliance Foundation, Drishti Art & Essay competition is organised for the children of employees (aged between 5 to 16 years).
Holi Celebration
Holi festival of colors celebrated every year with full enthusiasm and participation of all employees. On the spot games and quiz also organised and winners are presented by gifts.
International Women’s Day (8th March)
Every year IWD is celebrated and women colleagues are appreciated and are presented by small token of appreciation and gifts.
