Refund and Cancellation Policy
- In case of successful online booking of unit, the Applicant shall be required to submit duly signed application form in prescribed format along with self-attested photocopies of KYC documents within a period of 7 working days from the date of payment of Booking Amount.
- In case, the Allottee fails to submit duly signed Application Form within the prescribed time period, Company will refund the entire Booking Amount received from the Applicant within a period of 30 days thereafter without making any deduction therefrom.
- Any application form submitted without making complete Booking Amount and/or without requisite documents, may be rejected by the Company.
- After receipt of Application Form in the prescribed manner, Company will issue provisional allotment letter of the plot and after its acceptance by the Applicant, three (3) sets of the draft Agreement for Sale in the prescribed format will be sent to Applicant for execution.
- The Agreement for Sale is required to executed by the Applicant on stamp paper of Rs.100/- and returned to Company for execution on the part of Company and registration thereof.
- Execution and registration of the Agreement for Sale is mandatory before payment of another instalment exceeding 10% of the Total Price, as stipulated in the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017. Company will not accept any amount exceeding Booking Amount before registration of agreement for sale with the office of Sub-Registrar.
- Company shall not execute any Agreement for Sale wherein Applicant has made any changes/ alterations/ modifications. If the Applicant fails to execute and register the Agreement for Sale, then Company shall have the right to cancel the allotment and forfeit ten per cent of the Booking Amount and balance amount will be refunded within a period of 30 days after such cancellation.
- Further, upon such cancellation, the Applicant shall not have any right, title or interest of whatsoever nature, in the provisional allotment of the plot and Company shall be free to deal with such plot in the manner it likes, including accepting further application(s) and making provisional allotment to a new applicant.
