Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for online booking of unit by the Applicant:

  1. Kindly read carefully the entire contents of the Applicants Handbook containing drafts of application form, provisional allotment letter, agreement for sale, sale deed, common area maintenance services agreement and water supply and services agreement etc. and obtain clarification or further information/document(s), if required, before making any payment and submitting any application. It is expected that you have, after having read drafts of all these agreements and understood the contents thereof, agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions contained therein and have decided to submit the application for allotment of a plot in MET City.
  2. The Applicant may please note that the drafts of these agreements are standard drafts and no request for any change therein will be accepted.
  3. The Applicant shall be required to apply on prescribed format of application form along with 10% of the Total Price (i.e., Booking Amount) and submit self-attested photocopies of requisite KYC documents. Any application form submitted without complete Booking Amount, particulars and requisite documents may be rejected by the Company.
  4. Only the Indian Residents/Non Resident Indians (NRIs)/Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) and companies registered in India, who are competent to enter into contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1881, shall be eligible to apply.
  5. The Applicant shall be responsible to comply with all the statutory compliances as required from time to time under the applicable laws prevailing in India including the laws applicable to NRIs/PIOs and the Company shall not be liable for the same in any manner whatsoever.
  6. The online payment being made herein is subject to the rules and regulations of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as well as the rules and regulations framed of the VISA/MasterCard / American Express Card or any other card or any other card organization applicable and prevailing from time to time as well as payment made through any other mode.
  7. The Applicant will read major terms and conditions as uploaded on the site before making the payment.
  8. The said payment is subject to the risks involved in any Electronic Payment Transactions including any technical failure in the payment gateway operations and the Company shall not be liable for any failure of any payment transactions or for any amounts debited from the Applicant account but not credited to the account of the Company due to any technical error in settlement, any fraudulent action by third party or otherwise and the Applicant shall not have any claims against the Company for such transactions.
  9. The said payment is merely towards expressing an interest in a particular unit and by virtue of said payment no right, title, interest or claim of any nature is created in such unit. The Applicant shall be required to submit the detailed Application Form within a period of 7 working days from the date of payment of Booking Amount and provisional allotment, if any, shall be done subject to the Applicant making payment of complete Booking Amount in accordance with the Application Form and complying with the terms and conditions contained therein.

Terms and conditions for online payment of installments after allotment of unit

  1. The Allottee shall be responsible to comply with all the statutory compliances as required from time to time under the applicable laws prevailing in India including the laws applicable to NRIs/PIOs and the Company shall not be liable for the same in any manner whatsoever.
  2. The online payment being made herein is subject to the rules and regulations of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as well as the rules and regulations framed of the VISA/MasterCard / American Express Card or any other card or any other card organization applicable and prevailing from time to time as well as payment made through any other mode.
  3.
