As part of women empowerment and development of self esteem and confidence in the Women of the area, emphasis is to make them skilled enough to look after their household in a better manner as well as assist in supplementing the family income, Vocational Training is provided to women in Cutting, Tailoring, Dress designing, Embroidery, Healthcare and Food Processing, Beauty Culture & Wellness. 694 women have benefitted from these schemes. The Company is organizing regular Gynae Camp for project women on monthly basis. About 1157 benefited so far. The Company has also engaged 21 women from project area to work as Village Health Functionaries (VHFs) who provide pre and post natal advice to mothers and also make the people aware of the Government Heath schemes available in the area.
